We sell ready-to-wear garments in natural fibres directly to consumers, online only. We are not a regulated profession and hold no sector-specific authorisation.

Purchases are governed by our Terms of Sale, with returns handled under our Returns & Refunds policy and delivery under our Delivery page. Personal data is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Write to us first — most things are settled quickly that way. We acknowledge complaints promptly and aim to resolve them within 14 days. If we cannot reach an agreement with you, we will write to tell you that our internal process is exhausted and whether we intend to use an alternative dispute resolution provider.

The name, logo, photography, text and page designs on this site are ours or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Linking to our pages is welcome; reproducing our imagery or copy commercially is not, without written consent.

We take care that prices, descriptions and stock on this site are correct, but errors happen. Where a clear error affects an order we will contact you before dispatch rather than hold you to it. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
